特点

■预埋槽钢每米设有10个背栓,紧密连接混凝土,槽钢系统受力。

■槽钢侧面加筋肋和背沟有锁键功能,埋入时可加强与混凝土的握裹力。

■槽钢卷边带有锯齿,配合扣件,振动载荷,减少松动滑移配套T型泡沫填充物,而且T型泡沫比槽钢表面高岀1.5毫米,将槽钢固定于模板时产生挤压,减少露浆。

■槽钢通过钝化镀锌、热浸镀锌处理,具有良好的腐性能。

■直接埋入混凝土梁、柱、楼板内表面,不占空间。

■为后续抗震连接件安装工作提供可变的平台,且方便以后维修,拆卸调整。

■可用于不容许用锚栓固定常规槽钢的洁净应用场所,如电子厂房、化工等。

CHARACTERISTIC
